September 19, 2017

Location: Stuart, Possum Long Audubon Center

I am an Anadenobolus monilicornis,
Yellow-banded Millipede, more commonly.
Monkeys and Grackles rub me on their bodies,
‘Cause my secretions have insecticide properties.

(Special thanks to Heather Stapleton for the identification assistance.)
