We are known as Black-headed Gulls

Though at the moment we are non-breeding

Right now our heads are just smudged here and there

There's just a few months when our name's not misleading.

I am an adult non-breeding Black-headed Gull

Although black is not the color of my head

At the moment I've got

Just little a black spot

But a clue to my id: legs and beak are both red.
