I am a female Golden Orb Weaver.
I might bite, but it hurts less than a bee sting.
My boyfriend is much different than me
He's much smaller, dark brown, and boring.

This is the shed of a Golden Orb Weaver.
Occasionally they shed their exoskeleton.
It's a good thing they've got another one underneath,
It would be hard to put all those legs back in!

I'm a Golden Silk Spider,
I am a type of Orb Weaver.
I have a little black and white on me,
But mostly I'm colored like a golden retriever.
