This is Tillandsia utriculata
It's an endangered giant air plant
Because of Mexican Bromeliad Weevils
And loss of habitat, such as pinelands.

Location: Turkey Creek Sanctuary, Palm Bay

This is an epiphyte bromeliad
That's far too big to grow on Wild Coffee,
Air plants cling to their hosts for support,
But in this case, it's a bit too heavy.
